Butter coffee is a relative newcomer to the morning beverage scene, but is gaining in popularity. This is a very simple version, but there are many adaptations available. Both salted and unsalted butter can be used, feel free to try both!
For a vegan diet: Substitute vegan butter or olive oil.
For a keto diet: 2 tablespoons of butter and oil (like organic coconut oil) can replace the normal 1 tablespoon.
TIPS: To smooth the texture even more during infusion, collagen powder can be stirred in for an emulsifier with the butter. Honey and organic sugar are popular sweeteners.
