One of our easiest recipes to make, it is a perfect way to start experimenting with N2O to expand your kitchen experience. The keefer offers a wonderful probiotic morning immune boost and the fruit and granola provide great natural energy to start your day.
Waiting for the gas to fully penetrate the kefir will bring a slightly sweet taste because of the formation of the bubbles.
TIP: Nitrous oxide bonds well to fats, so avoiding nonfat kefir will give the best results. Try using different flavors of kefir and granola for different flavor experiences. We’ve found that fresh fruit is healthier and adds a better flavor than canned fruit.
